Over 3–6 months, you’ll receive tailored 1:1 coaching, practical tools, exercises, and ongoing support by email or phone.

Let nature do the work
Step into nature and take the pressure off. These sessions use movement and the outdoors to help you think more clearly, feel more grounded, and gain fresh perspective.
Walking side by side naturally lowers defences and allows conversation to flow.
Using tools from Millimetres 2 Mountains alongside NLP and coaching techniques, I’ll help you build awareness, challenge unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful shifts.
You’ll leave with clarity, practical insights, and simple tools to use in everyday life to keep the momentum going.

DISC
DISC is a model of human behaviour that positively impacts on how you intereact with others, so people have a greater understanding of their strengths and how their behaviour preferences impact on others. We understand that if a person communicates to you according to your behavioural preferences, you are more likely to be receptive and respond positively.

The DISC model opens the doorway to effective communication allowing you to modify your language and behaviour to manage people in any given environment. I would send you a DISC profiling assessment for you to complete in your own time and then we would have a session to chat about the findings and how you can incorporate them in to your day to day life.
